In the begin Arch Majed Shwawrah presented an explanation about the project, it's goals, accomplishments up to now, and current problems and issues, after that Mr. Khalid Ariqat PR & Awareness Assistant mentioned out the importance of the community out reach activities and participation, in order to plan according to the needs, and he viewed some of the survey results which is done overall all suggestions and comments.  In the end the door was opened to discussion and to take their suggestions seriously.
