Al-Maskobeya building is located in the historic center of Beit Jala and consists of two floors, a staircase house, a front courtyard, and a tiled roof.
This building was previously used as a school, and the purpose of the renovation was to adapt it for use as the headquarters of the Anad Center for Theater and Arts. The renovation was funded by the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development.
