By the end of this project, CCHP has organized for a close ceremony where each school presented its model and shared the experience with others.

In addition to these activities, CCHP make use of up-to-date communication tools through practical approaches. One of these tools is the Community Mapping Project that aims to enable the students to "define" their community by using different methods such as drawing, writing, photography any place or monument in their own community that they find important, valuable, interesting and/or significant.
