Within the comprehensive work plan of the Centre for Cultural Heritage Preservation (CCHP) and its constant approach to enhance the performance and capacities of its staff and others, the CCHP has organized a workshop on the topics of Project Cycle Management (PCM), fund raising and the logical framework, which focused on good planning, management activities, decision-making procedures during the life-cycle of a project, organizing the work based on real needs, monitoring and evaluation.  This workshop was presented by Mr. George Akroush.
