Centre for Cultural Heritage Preservation (CCHP) has obtained a grant from The British Council’s Cultural Protection Fund in partnership with Department for Culture Media and Sport (DCMS), to have the abovementioned property renovated and rehabilitated so that it can be utilized for the benefit of the community. In accordance to drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and conditions of contract related to the project, all interested bidders should pursue the following bidding conditions:
- Eligible bidders should have registration and classification documents in the Palestinian Contractors Union, with a degree of (1st, 2nd, 3rd) / Construction, and should emphasize on previous experience concerning familiar fields of such projects;
- Bid securities of 5% of the contract value should be submitted as bank guarantee for a period of 90 days starting from submitting day. Bidders should submit a Zero V.A.T invoice;
- CCHP is not obliged to accept the lowest price;
- Bidders interested in purchasing bid documents from CCHP, starting on Wednesday 07/06/2017 to 14/06/2017 in order to obtain required documents. Bid documents fee is a non-fundable fee of (300) ILS, paid in advance at the Arab Bank – Bethlehem Branch Account No. 726808/570;
- The pre-bid meeting shall be held at Battir Municipality on Wednesday 14/06/2017, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a site visit to the project location;
- Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope no later than Wednesday 21/06/2017 before 1:00 p.m.;
- All expenses related to the Advertisement shall be paid by the successful bidder.
