CCHP hosts Riwaq within the Biennale Events

Within the Riwaq Centre 3rd Biennale Events, the CCHP has organized today a multi-events programme in Bethlehem for number of the Biennale Participants, where Arch. Issam Juha – Director of CCHP – welcomed them at the centre introducing the heritage of Bethlehem and provided a detailed explanation about the Centre's strategy and its role in protecting and preserving the traditional buildings and historical centers in Bethlehem District to be re-used for the benefit of the community.

 

After which, the group were accompanied by the CCHP's engineers team in a tour around Bethlehem, included visiting Al-Anatreh Quarter – one of the centre projects to revive the urban heritage – implemented in 2003, and Al-Mas'oudi School "Dar Kawwas" implemented by CCHP in 2007, where the tour was ended by visiting the Nativity Church.
