"THE TANGIBLE AND INTANGIBLE HERITAGE THAT EXISTS FROM PREVIOUS GENERATIONS PROVIDES A LINK BETWEEN PEOPLE AND THEIR PAST"
As part of the awareness activities along with the "Urban Requalification of Old Market Square in Beit Sahour" Beit Sahour Municipality and Center for Cultural Heritage Preservation (CCHP) held an information day for the new design of the project which is funded by the Italian Government through the Palestinian Municipalities Support Programme (PMSP).
The Meeting was attended by the mayor, Mr. Hani Al-Hayek, Arch Issam Juha, director of CCHP, members of the municipal council, in addition to the engineers and employees of the municipality.
Arch. Mohammad Qattosh welcomed the attendance and presented to them the new adjusted design of the project according to the public's needs and discussed with them their opinions and expectations, in order to take them into consideration.
