It is worth mentioning that CCHP has rehabilitated more than 30 traditional buildings in Bethlehem District, providing more than 65 thousand working days for around 3 thousand workers in addition to more than 100 permanent jobs.

Among its wide collection of rehabilitation projects in Bethlehem District, funded by the Government of Sweden / Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), through United Nations Educational, Scientific, Culture Organization (UNESCO) – Ramallah Office, Centre for Cultural Heritage Preservation (CCHP) has signed the agreement to rehabilitate Dar Hilal traditional building in Beit Sahour on the 5th of July, 2013, with the owner of the building, and the Palestinian Centre for Rapprochement between People (PCR) the partner organization that will be using the building after rehabilitation for its activities, and where the Beit Sahour Municipality witnessed the signing.
