"THE TANGIBLE AND INTANGIBLE HERITAGE THAT EXISTS FROM PREVIOUS GENERATIONS PROVIDES A LINK BETWEEN PEOPLE AND THEIR PAST"
As part of social meetings for Rehabilitation of the Commercial Area in the Old City of Bethlehem project which is funded by the Italian Government through the Palestinian Municipalities support Programme (PMSP), CCHP in cooperation with Bethlehem Municipality held a workshop for the health profession sector using the project area.
As a part of the awareness activities that go along with the Rehabilitation project in Saint George Hosh Complex that is being funded by the Italian Government through the Palestinian Municipalities Support Program (PMSP), Centre for Cultural Heritage Preservation CCHP in cooperation with Beit Jala municipality organized a field trip to the project with the students of the Environmental Education School.
Under the patronage of Mrs. Rola Ma’aia Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Centre for Cultural Heritage Preservation (CCHP) celebrated the completion of rehabilitation works of Hosh Hanania in Bethlehem, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency "Sida". The building is currently used by the Holy Land Trust (HLT) for its various activities.
As a part of the advocacy campaign that accompanies the implementation of the "Management and Conservation of Natural and Cultural Resources in Bethlehem Governorate: Battir Landscape Eco-museum project"; the Centre for Cultural Heritage Preservation – Bethlehem (CCHP) and Engineering Association – Jerusalem Centre/ Bethlehem Branch cordially organized a field trip on Friday, 28 Sep.2012.
