Cultural Heritage and Tourism

battir2 bustudents2016 As a part of the advocacy campaign carried out by the Centre for Cultural Heritage Preservation – Bethlehem (CCHP), the Centre organized a field trip to Battir on Sunday, 3 April 2016. M.A. students from BethlehemUniversity in the field of Cultural Heritage and Tourism participated in this trip to explore the hiking trail that connects Al-Makhrour -Beit Jala with the Village of Battir.

Photography of Bethlehem

photographyw.s 2016 Within the centre’s campaign "My Heritage My Identity", the Centre For Cultural Heritage Preservation “CCHP”, in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, organized the second lecture under the title "Photography of Bethlehem", presented by Mr. Khalil Shokeh, on Thursday, March 31 at the centre hall. The lecture was attended by number of directors and representatives of local bodies and institutions.

Children Activity

house hope2016 Within the initiatives of the Community Outreach and Public Relations Department at CCHP, the center organized today a gathering with the beneficiaries of the House of Hope Association in Beit Jala, for people with physical and mental disabilities at the association headquarter.

tourism stu.20161 Centre for Cultural Heritage Preservation (CCHP) in Bethlehem organized a meeting with the students of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management at the University of Bethlehem on Wednesday, March 16, aiming to raise awareness and knowledge of this group to the urgent need to preserve the cultural heritage and emphasize its economic and social importance and global value.
