"THE TANGIBLE AND INTANGIBLE HERITAGE THAT EXISTS FROM PREVIOUS GENERATIONS PROVIDES A LINK BETWEEN PEOPLE AND THEIR PAST"
Among its wide collection of rehabilitation projects in Bethlehem District, funded by the Government of Sweden / Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), through United Nations Educational, Scientific, Culture Organization (UNESCO) – Ramallah Office, Centre for Cultural Heritage Preservation (CCHP) has signed the agreement to rehabilitate Dar Musleh building in Beit Sahour with Arab Orthodox Charitable Society, the partner organization of the project.
Among its campaigns to introduce the various cultural heritage resources in Bethlehem District, and enhance the knowledge of the value and importance of these resources, CCHP organized a tour in the world heritage site, Star Street which comes as a part of the “Street Art From Paris to Bethlehem” activities, organized by the Alliance Francaise de Bethleem where around 20 youth participated.
Centre for Cultural Heritage Preservation (CCHP), in cooperation with the Welfare Association opened today Thursday the 30th of July, a specialized training course in the field of Site Management Planning and Management of Conservation Projects for Professionals funded by the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development.
